It has made us a successful business for many years, and allowed us to grow steadily, allowing us to recently move into a much larger, 12-service-bay facility on Harry Hines Boulevard, to meet the demands of the expanding customer base and offer more services: to cover your needs for all automotive maintenance and repairs, from the time your vehicle is new, and especially the time when it begins to need major repairs.
While we specialize in the most complicated transmissions and drive-trains for high-end European vehicles, and proudly lay claim to be the best transmission shop in Dallas, our approach is different from dealerships: we have the skills and experience to diagnose and repair, and not simply swap transmissions. In many cases, we find minor problems with transmission components (such as today’s computer controllers, or other parts outside the transmission critical to its performance), and are thus able to save our customers a lot of money, while we keep their vehicles running reliably. This long-term approach over the option to generate short-term revenue is why our customer base has so many who come back to us over many years, and why many dealerships and Fleet Customers refer their transmission- and automotive repair work to us.
Our customers know we look out for them, and do what is in their best interest. In our philosophy, this is a win-win situation, which keep our customers coming back, and the business thriving.
This approach applies to everything we do: from simple oil changes, to 30,000 / 60,000 / 100,000 mile maintenance, and tune-ups, to complex transmission, drive-train, other automotive repair work, to keep high-mileage vehicles running reliably.
And the same applies to our 1A Body shop, in which we provide high-quality automotive body repair and paint (we will gladly refer you to other shops in our referral network, if your particular needs require a less-than-perfect job for less pay).
